Shipping policy

All items are to be shipped 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Unless stated otherwise via marketing. If there is a hiccup or minor issue regarding shipping, you will be contacted via email.

Unfortunately, if a item is lost via transit or stolen you are responsible for making a claim via the carrier. Once the claim has been approved and a refund has been issued to the sender (Pink Plush Taco). You will then be refunded your full amount. We cannot issue a refund until the investigation has been completed via the carrier to prevent any loss to the company as it is a possibility the package could be found and delivered once a investigation is opened and completed.
